KHESH GRUPO signs a cooperation memorandum with Syrdarya Region
On 15 October 2026, KHESH GRUPO and the Hokimiyat of Syrdarya Region signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in Gulistan, Uzbekistan.
The memorandum establishes a framework for identifying, reviewing and preparing regional investment, infrastructure, technology and socio-economic initiatives for engagement with potential international partners.
Within this framework, KHESH GRUPO may assess project information, help define the scope of selected initiatives and engage relevant Spanish and European companies, technology providers and institutions. Each initiative will require separate assessment and decisions by the relevant stakeholders.
The memorandum does not constitute an investment or financing commitment, a procurement decision, a project implementation contract or an exclusive appointment.
